In the heart of the city's courthouse district, a seasoned hitman named Phil Summers sits quietly in a café, meticulously planning his next job: a seemingly straightforward hit on two men sitting outside. But as Phil scans the room and prepares to strike, unexpected complications arise—a familiar face from his past, a sudden shift in the atmosphere, and the presence of unknown players—all threatening to unravel his carefully crafted plan. With danger closing in from every angle, Phil must navigate a web of unpredictability where even the smallest misstep could mean his last.
